Important Dates and Fees

Abstract Deadline - EXTENDED!!!

(Applies to Both Poster and Paper Abstracts)

April 25th, 2025 (it was April 7th)

Author Notification

April 14th, 2025 for submissions made before April 7th
April 28th, 2025 for submissions that will be made up to April 25th.

Full Paper Deadline for Proceedings

June 30th, 2025 (after conference - paper is optional; only a presentation is required for the conference)

Full Poster STRICT Deadline and Submission

May 2nd, 2025. Submit the poster by uploading the PDF file at POSTER CONFERENCE
Posters received within that STRICT deadline will be printed and exposed by the ICAST Secretariat
Posters received after that STRICT deadline will not be published by the ICAST Secretariat and the relative authors will be requested to print, bring and install the poster by themselves. Since restrictions may apply in the installation at the Museo Campano, authors falling in those cases are kindly requested to contact the ICAST Secretariat as soon as they can.

Journal Special Issue Deadline

It will be discussed among the authors who wants to participate to a Special Issue in a top-level journal

Remark: Since April 9th, 2025, STUDENT'S FEE will apply only to Poster Presentations. A FULL FEE will be applied to any Regular Oral Presentation.
