VISA Letter and Accompanying Persons

VISA Letter

If useful or necessary, the ICAST Local Organisation will release and invitation letter for VISA purposes according to the attached format.

Accompanying Persons

Accompanying persons can participate to the technical and socio-cultural moments of the Conference, according to the official program and therefore including the access to CIRA plants, the breaks, the tours, and the dinners.

Rates for accompanying persons are equated to students' fare, according to the amount reported in the 2nd level page "Important dates and fees" under the 1st level page "Registration and Submission".
